The Idli Foundry is a humble startup dedicated to serving authentic South Indian food in its original homemade taste. Founded in 2024, our journey began at Airport Road, Jakkur, with a simple mission - to bring back the soft, spongy idlis and comforting flavors that remind us of meals lovingly prepared by Amma and Ammamma.

We prepare our batter in consistent small batches using natural fermentation, without cooking soda or artificial additives. This traditional process helps create idlis that are light, wholesome, and rich in flavor while preserving their authentic character and texture.
